The
most interesting post of this blog is the graphic work reflection. This is a cool
post because on the blog you can post a picture of the comic you and your
partners did. Also, it’s cool to post pictures on the entries because it makes
them look more attractive to read, even though, it could be a simple entry.
Other interesting aspect of this blog is that I can comment on my friends’
posts. This is good because the critiques or opinions can help you become a
better writer.
The
difference between the blog and the journal wasn’t so marked. In both you can
write what you feel or what you think. However, In the first part of the
journal, you could write whatever you wanted because it was free writing but,
in the blog, you had to write about the theme that it was assigned. The journal
was done by pen and this is important for me because I don’t write very good
and I can misspell or write ugly in the journal. On the other hand, in the blog
the reflections are typed and with the autocorrect of Word, you can correct or
know when you misspell something. The second part of the journal (Multi-genre
section) was quite interesting because It was a very creative way to compare
things from the class to things or events of my life. For example, the work
that I liked the most was the letter to the past me.
In
this blog, I didn’t add many features to make my blog more interesting. I added
an image in the post of the comic. I didn’t put many features because this
semester I wasn’t so encouraged to do so. Also, I’m not a fan of decorating
things. That’s why most of my works are simple and without decorations.
In
conclusion, the blog was easier this semester. Also, I liked more the blog this
semester because it was more independent in terms of not having strict dates to
the reflections. Also, the stories that I read in my class were very
interesting which made the reflection and activities more interactive and
unique. This kind of events and activities, like the blog, motivated me take
the class with more enthusiasm.
