  1. A freshman entering the university’s campus on his first day of class with good expectations for his future and in his bachelor’s degree. The date in the box is the same day that students began classes in the University of Puerto Rico Rio Piedras Campus.
  2. Two students are talking about how their first day of class began later than the normal dates because of a strike in their university. Despite this, both are very positive for their year.
  3. The students arrive to their classroom and the professor is very motivated and cheers the students saying about how good the university is and about how good that year would be. The students react in a positive and thrilled way.
  4. A Hurricane passes on September 20, 2017 which is the same date that Hurricane Maria passed in Puerto Rico. The student expresses the magnitude of the events and his hope. The professor expresses how things will have to change because the recuperation efforts will hold back the continuation of classes, they will have to adapt the academic calendar and way of giving their classes due to the possible situation post hurricane.
  5. There is a person, who is familiar to them, telling them about how they should consider other Universities in the United States because if they don’t they will lose their semester and their time. To this, the student with the hat doesn't show agreeance and reacts by saying that “That is not in his plans.”, while the other student is thoughtful. This box represents all the negativity expressed by people and how their first speculation was the loss of time without knowing what could be done in a case like this.
  6. The classes began again in the University and the professor expresses compassion to his students and intends to give a positive vibe to the students. The date on the box is the same date that most campuses of the University of Puerto Rico reinitiated their classes. The students express accordance and their desire to finish their academic year.
  7. The two main students in the novel are sitting in the library and talk about how atypical the semester has been. Their expression is of joy, knowing that they are already on the finals season, meaning that they are completing their academic year as it goes and are studying for it.
  8. The students, the professor and the people in the background are celebrating the end of their full academic year. The date is on June 14, 2018 , the same date that classes are set to finish in the University of Puerto Rico Rio Piedras Campus. The students express about the importance to see things in a positive way, have persistence and do the things that they believe in.
